On 08-29-2010, at approximately 8:42 p.m., the Tyler Police Department received a call of an armed robbery at the Quality Inn, located at 2843 West Northwest Loop 323.  The desk clerk called to report that a male had robbed the business using a handgun.

The suspect had fled the scene prior to officers' arrival.  He was described as an unknown white male, in his late 20's to early 30's, about 5'5" to 5'7" in height, about 160 lbs in weight, with an athletic build, wearing all black, with black gloves and a black ski mask.
