Taj Mahal's Kadai Chicken


1 lb. Chicken

1/4 Cup Chopped Onion

3 Medium Sized Chopped Tomatoes

3 Jalepenos

1/2 Tsp. Ginger paste

1/2 Tsp. Garlic paste

2-3 Tsp. Oil 1/2 tsp. Red Chili Pepper

1/2 Tsp. Tumeric


1.Heat oil in pan add onion, fry until brown.

2.Add ginger paste, garlic paste, and chicken.

3.Stir and add salt, red chili powder, tumeric and tomatoes.

4.Cook until water is all gone.

5.Add jalapenos and simmer for 5 minutes.

*Note* Garnish with cilantro and serve.
