The Hallsville superintendent has resigned. Doug Coleman has been absent from his job for 3 months.
Last night the school board voted to accept his resignation calling it a "voluntary exit agreement". The school board would not say why the superintendent was absent from his job or why he resigned.
Coleman's resignation takes effect June 30th.
