SMITH COUNTY, TX (KLTV) - VAN ZANDT COUNTY, TX (KLTV) - The pony with severely overgrown hooves that was rescued by last week by the SPCA of East Texas is doing well say his caretakers.
Tony the pony's hooves have been cut down to normal length and he is in the care of a horse rescue group.
