Chipotle Chicken Sandwich from The Diner

Chipotle Chicken Sandwich

4 oz. fajita chicken

2 oz. avocado spread

2 oz. chipotle mayo

1 jalapeno bun

1 piece bacon

4 oz. pepper jack cheese

1 leaf lettuce

2 slices of tomato


1. Cook chicken breast till it hits 165 degrees

2. Toast jalapeno bun

3. Once chicken is cooked place 1 piece of bacon on top and lay cheese on top and let it melt.

4. On one side of the bun spread the chipotle mayonnaise and on the other side the avocado spread.

5. Place chicken on top of the bun and add lettuce and tomatoes and cut in half.
