Sausage Pizzola


3-mild sausages
1 cup-chopped mushrooms
1/2 green pepper
1 cup-tomato sauce
1 cup Chicken stock
Cooking Sherri
1/2 cup of chopped onion


Bake or fry sausage, make sure it's fully cooked.
Slice sausage to bite size pieces.
Put in sautee pan.
Add mushrooms, green peppers, and onion.
Add chicken stock and tomato sauce.
Let sautee, then add Sherri to taste.
Sautee for 5 minutes, add pasta.
Stir and serve.
