BULLARD, TX (KLTV) -   Despite just one win last season, there's a new hope in Bullard.  His name is Shannon Wilson.  Coach Wilson has brought a new attitude to the Panthers.  It includes longer and tougher practices.  The kids say that's a good thing.

"I've been here for two years and we've never had this attitude before," said Bullard Quarterback Kirk Bryant.  "It's just a new outlook on things this year."

If they want to climb the ladder and become a playoff team, the Panthers say the works starts on the practice field.

"We've wanted to win too and to finally have someone that actually thinks that we can win, it brings that motivation to know that we can win too," said Bullard Center Vinny Cottingham.
