1 pound of large button mushrooms
½ pound of regular sausage
½ pound of spicy sausage
4 oz of pepper jack cheese
Plain bread crumbs
Brown your sausage in a skillet, drain the excess grease, and add your shredded pepper jack cheese. Rinse your mushrooms and remove the cap. Stuff the cap with your sausage cheese mixture.
Batter mix: 2 cups of flour, 2 cups of water, 1 tsp of corn starch, 1 tsp of baking soda. Blend smooth.
