VAN ZANDT COUNTY, TX - On Tuesday August 10th, 2010 Sheriff R. P. "Pat" Burnett along with Investigators and Deputies from the Van Zandt County Sheriff's Office executed a plan to apprehend Kenneth Don Foster.

Foster, who was the suspect in a recent man hunt, was wanted for the offense of burglary of a habitation. Personnel from the Sheriff's Office waited until dark and then were able to use the cover of darkness to advance toward the residence where Foster had been staying.
