Ahi Tuna Steaks

Olive Oil

Garlic Salt

Granulated Basil



Fresh Basil

Roma Tomatoes

Aioli Dressing:


Take one cup of mayonnaise
Two tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
One table spoon of hot sauce
One table spoon of garlic powder

Mix until smooth.

Coat your tuna steaks in olive oil and sprinkle granulated basil, oregano, garlic salt, and parsley on both sides.  In a skillet over medium high heat sear the tuna for 2 to 3 minutes on each side, depending on thickness.  You do not want to overcook.  Once the tuna cooks above medium, the meat dries out.  So you want to have a nice pink center.

In another skillet over medium heat cook your diced roma tomatoes and fresh basil for about 3 minutes.  Place your tuna on a plate.  Drizzle aioli dressing and then top with you tomato basil mixture.
