Don Juan's On The Square Fish & Shrimp
Ingredients:
9-10 oz. Catfish filet
8 Large Shrimp
Garlic or Chicken buyon
2 oz. of Water
1-Tsp. of Pepper
*Put in blender
*Season the fish and shrimp marinate overnight in refrigerator.
Method:
Grill fish around 7 minutes on each side, then grill the shrimp for a couple of minutes on each side.
*Note: If you don't like the garlic taste, you can rinse the fish and shrimp before grilling.
Side dish Ingredients:
Shredded Carrots, Lettuce and Red Cabbage
Slice Cucumbers and Avocados
*Note: You can add limes for decoration
