1 LB. Sausage (you can substitute ground beef or turkey)
1 8 oz. Package Cream Cheese
1 Package Ranch Dressing Mix
1 Green Bell Pepper
1 Red Bell Pepper
½ Cup Green Onions
1 Loaf French Bread
2 Cups Cheddar (or your favorite) Cheese
Crumble sausage and cook until brown, drain
Mix cream cheese and ranch dressing mix.
Cut French bread in half, length wide
Spread Cream Cheese mixture on both halves of bread
Saute onions and peppers in oil until transparent.
Place sauted onions and peppers evenly of both halves of bread.
Sprinkle sausage on top and top with cheese.
Place in 350-degree oven and heat until cheese melts.
Slice and Enjoy!!!
**This can be made and put in refrigerator until ready to heat.
