FORT WORTH, TX – U.S. Army Corps of Engineers officials have reopened two swim beach areas on Lake O' the Pines that were previously closed due to high bacteria levels in the water. The reopened areas are Brushy Creek Campground and Johnson Creek Campground due to favorable test results.
Testing will continue in the areas that results were above the state standards with the next samples to be taken next week so results will be obtained prior to the weekend.
