Cooking Up A Storm's Fried Green Tomatoes

Fried Green Tomatoes

Blend Together

2 Cups Flour
2 Cups Japanese Breadcrumbs (Panko)
¼ Cup Cornmeal
4 Eggs – Beaten
Sliced Green Tomatoes, ¼ inch slices
Salt/Pepper

Placed seasoned tomatoes in dry ingredients, dip in egg, then back in dry ingredients.
Fry in 350 degree oil until golden brown
Serve with favorite dipping sauce.
