Meth Bust Nets Six Figures Of Dope

An overnight bust of a meth lab in Smith County may bring in six figures worth of drugs.

A SWAT team executed a search warrant in a home west of Whitehouse Monday night, where they found fifteen to twenty pounds of methamphetamine. Investigators say that much meth would be conservatively estimated at three-quarters of a million dollars.

Thirty-four year-old Davy Dowdy and thirty year-old Julie Bryan were arrested and charged with manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance with intent to delivery.
