LONGVIEW, TX (KLTV) - LONGVIEW, TX - A warrant raid ends with officers finding guns and a so-called drug store.

Officers found powdered cocaine, crack cocaine, marijuana and 27 vials of PCP while serving the narcotics warrant at an apartment in the 3400 block of Morrison Street.

Frank James "Snoop" Coby, 36, was arrested and charged with manufacture-delivery of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and two outstanding warrants from Dallas County.

"Being the second time…in the last few weeks when we've discovered PCP during a narcotics search warrant, it's very alarming - disturbing trend," said Officer Kevin Brownlee, with the Longview Police Department. "I don't know that I can say PCP is on the rise. I don't think it's every gone away. We haven't been seeing it as much as we're seeing it now."

Coby remains in the Gregg County Jail on over $200,000 bond.
