The United Way of Tyler/Smith County will host the 17th annual DAY OF CARING on Friday, June 11, 2010, at First Christian Church Family Life Center.  This event will mobilize hundreds of volunteers from companies in our area to perform tasks like painting rooms, gardening, carpentry or reading to children.  All of these activities are in conjunction with health and human service non-profit organizations or agencies, which benefit the entire community.  As a Day of Caring volunteer, you get a first-hand look at the services provided by these agencies and an opportunity to impact their ability to help those in our community who really need their help.  Please sign-up and be a part of a Day Of Caring!
