More Local Children Find The Gift Of Love

Four year old Tasia has been waiting almost her whole life for the Gift of Love. You first met her in October of 2001 and again in June of last year. Finally, this little girl's long wait is over. A forever family has been selected and this little gem is sure to shine, making her new parents proud.

In April of last year you met 11 year old Michelle. She told us, "I love to skate. It's more fun because you get off your energy and everything." Michelle has been dealing with a past full of abuse. She gets her strength from her faith. "I just get down and pray and the holy spirit gets in me. I pray that I'll have a better life," Michelle explained. That prayer has now been answered. Michelle has found her permanent home and the Gift of Love she never had.

Two years ago we introduced you to Greg and John, two brothers forced to fend for themselves by severe neglect. Both longed for an adoptive family to call their own. John said, "I want a family that will take care of me and my brother, and will love us forever." Greg added, "I'm looking forward to a nice family, a family who will appreciate who I am and all that." Both their wishes have come true. A permanent family has been selected for them giving them unconditional love.

In August of last year we brought you Brittany's story. Cerebral palsy limits her communication, but not her spirit. This 11 year old always has a smile on her face, now she has something to brighten that smile even more. A forever family has been selected for her and you can be sure Brittany is eager to return the Gift of Love.
