TYLER, TX (KLTV) – East Texas is under the gun for another round of severe weather through Saturday. A slow moving cold front will make its way towards East Texas tonight and along this front, disturbances will ride northeast spreading showers and storms across most of the area. A few of these storms could become severe, especially tomorrow afternoon as the front moves through. Right now it appears the best chance of severe weather will be across our northeastern counties were the best combination of instability and wind shear will occur. The main threat from the weekend storms will be large hail and gusty winds however, we can't rule out an isolated tornado.
