TYLER, TEXAS (KLTV) - There's no I in team, unless you are the team. That's the case for Chapel Hill swimmer Jennifer Steele. The entire team will swim in college. Steele has signed with Ouachita Baptist. Without teammates to push her, she had to push herself.
"I mean I did this by myself for four years," said Steele. "So having all these people behind me, makes me feel a lot better. I'm the only one who actually swam for the school. So now that I've done really well it makes my school look good and me. It's going to be really hectic, but it's worth it."
Steele says she hopes to qualify for nationals her freshman year.
