Drugs being made in Longview home, 4 arrested

LONGVIEW, TX - On Monday April 12, 2010 at around 1:30 p.m., the Gregg County Organized Drug Enforcement (CODE) Unit served a narcotics search warrant at 832 Toler Road.

As CODE Investigators arrived to serve the warrant, 24-year-old Tosha Reese attempted to leave in a vehicle. Reese was stopped and CODE Investigators made entry into the residence without incident. Inside, investigators located a chemical apparatus that contained over 400 grams of methamphetamine oil that was in the process of being made into powdered methamphetamine. Quantities of powdered methamphetamine were also located inside the residence.

Arrested were:
Eli Ford Cook, date of birth 12-15-1981, of 832 Toler Road Longview. Charges: Manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance.

Sasha Sloan Reece, date of birth 12-27-1985 of 724 Buffalo in Gilmer. Charges: Possession of a controlled substance.

Warren Garrett Hobbs, date of birth 9-20-1986 of 304 West Main Street in Ore City. Charges: Outstanding warrant for violation of probation.

Felicia Diane Kemp, date of birth 10-26-1980, of 2265 North Cerliano Road in Longview. Charges: Parole violation warrant.

Cook, Reece, Hobbs and Kemp were all booked into the Gregg County Jail.
