SHREVEPORT, LA (KSLA) – Wednesday marked a 113th birthday for a Shreveport resident!

You read it right: 113! Shreveport Mayor Cedric Glover has declared March 31, 2010 "Miss Mississippi Winn Day."

Miss Winn is the oldest person in the city of Shreveport and in the entire state of Louisiana for that matter.

She is the nation's oldest living African-American and the 11th oldest person in the world.

Census records also show that Miss Winn is also the last person in the United States who is the child of slaves.
