Ingredients:
9 each Raw prepared shrimp
½ cup Artichoke Hearts
¼ cup Black Olives
½ cup Diced Tomatoes
¼ cup Capers
1 tspn Chopped Fresh Garlic
9 oz. Precooked Angel Hair
½ tspn Garlic Salt, Pepper, Salt
1 oz. Seasoned Oil
1 tbsp Parmesan Cheese
2 oz. Vegetable Sauce
Into a warm sauté pan combine oil, garlic, artichokes, olives, tomatoes, capers, shrimp, and spice mixture. Saute until well combined. Add sauce and allow to reduce by half, serve over precooked angel hair pasta and garnish with parmesan cheese.
