KILGORE, TX (KLTV) - Funeral arrangements are set for the Kilgore 5-year-old who died Thursday morning while walking to the bus stop.

Jae McNaughton's family says his services are scheduled for 10 o'clock, Tuesday morning, at Rader Funeral Home in Kilgore.

Jesus Martinez Soto is being held in the Gregg County Jail, Friday night, on a $250,000 bond. He is still charged with criminally negligent homicide.

Friday morning, Kilgore police and fire fighters were actually back at the scene of the accident, taking pictures of the intersection for their investigation.

We also dropped by the suspect's home. No one answered, but we did speak to a few neighbors. They say Soto's wife and 8-month-old son actually left the house Friday, and have not been back since. We are told they left because they felt threatened by the victim's family who live right around the corner.

Jae's mother says neither she, or anyone else in her family want to make the situation any worse.

"We don't want to do harm to anybody," she said.

Kilgore police said, at this time, no incident reports have been filed. But, patrol officers have been instructed to ride through every hour.
