FINN'S CHICKEN SALAD

• 1 LB. diced marinated chicken

• ¼ cup diced onion

• ¼ tsp. white pepper

• ¼ cup diced pineapple

• ¼ cup sliced almonds

• ¼ cup diced celery

• 1/8 tsp. salt

• ¼ tsp. garlic powder

• ¼ cup dill pickle relish

• ¼ tsp. celery seed

Add mayonnaise to the desired consistency

CHICKEN SALAD QUESADILLA

10" Flour Tortilla

4 oz. Colby jack grated cheese

6 oz. Chicken Salad

4 oz. salsa ranch

place items on ½ side of tortilla fold in half and grill both sides.

Cut in fourths and serve with side of salsa Ranch
