TYLER, TX (KLTV) - KLTV has obtained probable cause affidavits for the arrest of Jason Bourque and Daniel George McAllister. You can read through them by clicking on the links to the right.

The affidavits say a Red Wing boot print taken from the rear sanctuary door of Dover Baptist Church aided in the investigation. The boot print, according to authorities, was also present at other East Texas church fires. The boot has been linked to McAllister. In addition, a Skechers shoe print was found in the ground outside at the site of the Dover Baptist fire. A muddy shoe matching that description was allegedly found by authorities who went to interview Jason Borque about his possible involvement in the arsons. That shoe print was also present at other church fires in the East Texas area according to authorities.

There is also, according to the affidavit, video surveillance taken from two area gas stations that put Borque and McAllister in the area of the Dover Baptist and Clear Springs fires on the night of February 8th.
