WILLS POINT, TX (KLTV) - Friday, the ATF brought in all the investigators who have been working the church fires since the beginning of the year. We are getting a better view of the damage as well. Pictures from Chopper 7 over the Russell Memorial United Methodist Church show the roof completely caved in.

Chopper 7 video also shows that investigators made it inside the burned out sanctuary Friday.

The ATF National Response Team arrived Friday morning, and held a briefing with all of the different agencies working this case. They discussed what evidence they found on Thursday and divided investigators into different roles. Some will be working the scene, others will be conducting interviews.

ATF has not labeled the Wills Point fire arson yet, but in light of the other East Texas church fires and the break in there, it is suspicious. Authorities are asking for your help.

"Our plea to the public is, if you have any information, regardless of what it is, how significant you think it may be or not, we need to know that," said Paul Finley, a Tyler fire marshal.

ATF did say there are some similarities between this fire and the other East Texas church fires. Again, they have not called this an arson, and there are other differences. But, ATF would not expound.
