REKLAW, TX (KLTV) - Two suspects wanted on capital murder charges are in custody after a nearly week long man-hunt.  After two men in Reklaw, Rigoberto Tovar Pina and Steve Abran Parra were shot and killed Monday afternoon on Smith county road 4248, outside Reklaw and their Cadillac disappeared.  In a rush of Texas Rangers and Rusk County deputies, two locations were overwhelmed with law enforcement.

"We were able to obtain information of three different locations where we executed search warrants on." says Rusk County Sheriff Danny Pirtle.

The first, 5 p.m. yesterday, a location off Highway 84 southwest of Reklaw, where one arrest was made and the missing green Cadillac was found.  Seven hours later, at a residence on county road 3231 north of Zion Grove, a second arrest.

"Through the information that our investigators obtained, information lead to the arrests and the locations of where we could find them at." says Pirtle.

23 year old Drake Dario Blanton and 24 year old Jason Terell Hunt were both arrested on capital murder charges.  Information gained by investigators led them to believe their was considerable danger in trying to capture these two men, so the decision was made they would go in hard and with force.

"We executed some hard entry search warrants," Pirtle says.

Neither Blanton or Hunt put up a fight and Pirtle praises officers for getting the job done.

"Our officers they done a great job on it, I'm really proud of them." says Pirtle.

Blanton and Hunt remain in the Rusk County jail charged with capital murder and are being held on bonds of one million dollars each.
