Two wounded in night club shooting

LONGVIEW, TX (KLTV) - Two men are wounded as a flurry of shots are fired in a double shooting at a south Longview night spot. Officers were called to Hardtails in the 27-hundred block of Estes parkway around 3:30 this morning. Police say 24-year-old Joshua Kelly and 25-year-old Phillip Ross, were inside the nightclub, when they got into an argument with a third man. The fight spilled into the parking lot where, officers say Isreal Sinegal, pulled a gun shooting Kelly and Ross.

Markers laid out in the parking area show numerous shell casings. The shooting left neighbors shaken.

"Something wrong was going on I knew it, it was kind of scary because it was all the police in there" said neighbor Gabriel Galvin.

And it left police still wondering what escalated the argument in to gunshots.

"At this point all I know is that two men were shot, I'm not sure what incidents led up to it, the detectives are still investigating it" says Longview police sergeant James Bettis.

Around 5:30 PM police say that Isreal Sinegal was arrested and is now being held on two counts of aggravated assault. The victims, Kelly and Ross, remain hospitalized with life-threatening injuries.
