In the Kitchen: Shogun's California Rolls

Ingredients

Cooked Rice

Rice Vinegar

Black Seaweed

King Crab

Cucumber

Avocado

Smelt (Fish Eggs)

 

Lay seaweed on bamboo wrapped in saran wrap -- or on something that you can roll.

Wet your hands and take a hand full of rice and lay it on the seaweed.

Turn the seaweed over with rice facing down.

On top of seaweed lay out the ingredients.

Use king crab, avocado, thinly sliced cucumber, and radish sprout.

Roll the seaweed with the wrapped bamboo.

Garnish with the smelt eggs and cut in small pieces.

Moisten your knife with water before cutting.
