GILMER, TX (KLTV) - A Gilmer couple is dead in a double homicide that has investigators looking for a suspect.
It happened around 8 PM Friday night at a home in the Ervin Hill housing project on Highway 300 on Gilmer's south side.
Police arrived to find a 36 year old man and a 35 year old wheelchair bound woman dead.
Police say a person of interest is 25 year old Miguel Angel Espinal, a native of Honduras, who witnesses say was at the scene, and is thought to be in the Sulphur Springs area.
Espinal has distinctive tattoos on each arm, an Aztec warrior on the right, and a chain of skulls on the left. He was last seen driving a 1993 green Isuzu Rodeo bearing Texas License plates 'B-G-4-F-8-4-0'.
The victims names have not been released, but police say both were killed in a brutal manner. Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to call Gilmer police or crime-stoppers.
