Man robs Henderson convenience store

HENDERSON, TX - At approximately 9:50 p.m. on December 29, 2009 a lone black male entered the Fast Stop 101 store located at 2404 Hwy 79S in Henderson. Two employees were present at the time when the man walked behind the counter and assaulted one female by throwing her to the ground. The second female was grabbed by the suspect and forced to open the cash register drawer where an undetermined amount of cash was removed. No weapon was displayed toward either female but the actions of the suspect caused some injury to the victims. At the time neither victim sought medical attention for their injuries. After the cash was obtained by the suspect he left the store on foot.

The suspect is described as a black male 5'10" to 6' and stocky build and wearing a ball style cap.
