TYLER, TX (KLTV) - Tyler police are looking for three people who they say used a stolen credit card to buy thousands of dollars worth of merchandise. Police need your help to identify people who are believed to be involved in the theft.

Police have surveillance video that was taken last week at the Walgreen's on Rieck Road. The card was taken out of an employee's purse in Talbot's in the Broadway Square Mall. Police say when cards are stolen, they get used pretty quickly.

"They're going to get out and they're going to charge within that first hour, so that no one knows to report them stolen," said Don Martin, with the Tyler Police Department. "Then they're able to get away with it. That's why we ask merchants to check ID with these credit cards to protect themselves as well."

If you have any information on this case, contact Tyler Police.
