The Diner's Louisiana Skillet

1) Place one cup of skillet potatoes in skillet and heat

2) Blacken three 2 ounce pieces of catfish and place on grill

3) Place 4 ounces of sausage in skillet with potatoes

4) Place 6 ounces of etoufee sauce in skillet with potatoes and sausage

5) When catfish is flipped, begin cooking eggs to order

6) After cooking eggs, blacken 4 shrimp

7) Assemble all by placing potatoes, sausage, and sauce mixture into serving dish

8) Add eggs on top, then catfish and shrimp on top of egg

9) Yum!
