Grant's Sausage Stuffed Waffles:
½ pound ground sausage
In a skillet brown your ground sausage making the pieces as small as possible.
Take 1 ¾ cups flour, 1 ¾ cups milk, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 tablespoon of baking powder, and two eggs and blend until the mixture is smooth. And your cooked sausage and blend until smooth.
Place about 6 oz of the batter over your waffle iron and cook until done.
