Restaurant Report: Cherokee County

CHEROKEE COUNTY, TX (KLTV) - There is only one restaurant report from the latest round of Cherokee County health inspections.

The Hot Biscuit Family Restaurant on East Rusk Street in Jacksonville had roast beef, milk, beef cutlets and rice that all had to be thrown out. The inspector noticed that handwashing rules were also not being followed. Coupling those violations with a dirty ice machine and a dishwasher that wasn't getting things as clean as they should, the inspector tallied up 23 demerits.
