1 lb. Mozerella Cheese
1 1/2 lb. Ground Meat
2 Cloves of Garlic - minced
1 lb. Ricotta
1/2 cup of Milk
1 large and 1 small jar of spaghetti sauce (about 5 cups)
1 pkg. Lasagna noodles
1 tab Parsley flakes
2 tabs Parmesean Cheese
Salt and Pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and start boiling a pot of water.
Brown the hamburger meat with the garlic, salt and pepper. Break up the meat as it browns with a potato masher.
Boil the lasagna noodles and drain.
Mix the ricotta cheese and the milk in a bowl
In a large baking dish, cover the bottom with sauce. mix 3/4 of the sauce with the meat.
Layer the Lasagna noodles, meat mixture, and ricotta mixture. Repeat the layers, making sure to end with noodles on top.
Spread the left over sauce over the top of the lasagna and cover with the mozerella cheese.
Bake at 350 until the mozerella cheese is golden brown. About 30-35 minutes.
