DALLAS, TX (KLTV) - A giant roller coaster that lives up to its name is getting a giant renovation.
Starting next month, the Texas Giant will undergo the "largest ride renovation in Six Flags' history. Six Flags says the new Texas Giant will be a faster, smoother ride. So, if you like the beat-up feeling you get from the ride currently, you better hop on over to Six Flags this weekend because the ride is expected to close next week, and stay closed for at least a year.
