Julians Asian wings

Marinate wings with these ingredients:

7 lb wings

touch of chile paste

¼ tea spoon garlic

¼ tea spoon ginger

1 cup of hoisin sauce     

½ pinch of salt

pinch of white pepper

cup of soy sauce

cup of rice wine

spicy asian emporium teriyaki (from Brookshires or Walmart)

Directions: 

Marinate for 12 hours

If you have a frier at home, you will need to set it at 200 degrees and cook for approximately 5-6 minutes and make sure wings are 165 degrees in the center.

If using an oven, preheat oven to about 350 degrees and bake for about  20-25 minutes. Make sure wings are at 165 degrees in the center.
