Chicken and Sausage Skilletini
9 oz. Spaghetti
4 oz. Marinara
1 cup Yellow Onion
1 cup Green Pepper
½ tsp Crushed Red Pepper
1 oz. Olive Oil
3 oz Sliced Chicken
3 oz. Chopped Link Sausage
To make this dish easier, precook the chicken and sausage and slice them up into smaller, more manageable pieces.
Sauté the onions and peppers in oil for a few minutes until the onions begin to brown.
Add the sausage, chicken, and crushed red pepper to the sauté pan and sauté everything until well heated and combined.
Place the spaghetti into a warm cast iron skillet.
Top it with the Marinara sauce and the sautéed ingredients.
