Buffalo chicken ranch sandwich with Cooking Up a Storm's Grant

Boneless skinless chick breast

Olive oil


Sam's Poultry seasoning


Wing sauce

Ranch dressing

Sliced peeper jack cheese

Leaf lettuce


Hamburger bun

Take your chicken breast and butterfly it down the middle to make a thin sliced chicken breast.  Mix two parts flour to one part seasoning and lightly bread the chicken breast.  In a skillet place 2 cups of olive oil and one stick of butter heat in medium high.  Once oil is hot place your breaded chicken in the oil and cook for about 4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.  Dip your cooked chicken in wing sauce and set aside.  Spread ranch dressing on both sides of our hamburger bun and place lettuce, tomato chicken and pepper jack cheese in side.
