The Texans Against Crime (T.A.C. TM) program promotes neighborhood alliances to strengthen our communities and preserve the quality of life in East Texas. The program helps to educate our families, friends and neighbors about crime prevention and inform residents that communities are safer when neighbors work together. Getting to know your neighbors is an important step in keeping your community safe.
The T.A.C. TM program encourages neighborhoods to host block parties as an opportunity to get to know your neighbor and fight crime.
T.A.C. TM celebrations are held throughout East Texas on the second Tuesday in October; this year's celebration will be held on Tuesday, Oct 13 from 6-10 p.m.
