TYLER, TX (KLTV) - According to Smith County Judge Joel Baker, Friday morning, some Smith County Courthouse officials received an email from Judge Clark regarding a possible case of H1N1 in the 321st court.

According to Adrienne Graham, the email stated a CASA volunteer, at the courthouse earlier this week as a witness in a case, had tested positive.

Baker said officials have taken precautionary measures and given the 321st courtroom an extra cleaning. They have also made extra hand sanitizer available to those in the courthouse. Baker says they have already been working on and implementing a plan to combat the virus.
