Chicken breast (split in half)
All Purpose Flour
Poultry Seasoning (from Sam's)
Brown Spicy Mustard
Take 2 cups of flour and mix with 1 cup of poultry seasoning. Take your thin chicken breast and lightly bread each side. Place in a large skillet with about 2 cups of olive oil and a half stick of butter. Fry about 6 minutes on each side. Once done, place on a plate with a paper towel to drain the excess oil. While chicken is cooking mix up your mustard sauce. Take ½ cup of Mayonnaise, ½ cup of brown spicy mustard, and 1/2cup of ketchup along with 1 tsp of hot sauce and 1 tsp of garlic sauce. Mix until smooth.
Place chicken on a plate and drizzle the mustard sauce across the top and enjoy!
