(KLTV) - Here's your jail cell, and here's your bill. A New York lawmaker has created what he calls the "Madoff bill," which would require wealthy inmates of federal prisons to pay for their own imprisonment.

The bill is named after recently convicted swindler Bernie Madoff, who took billions from people in a ponzi scheme.
