Cream Cheese Shrimp Wontons

8oz of precooked salad shrimp

16oz of cream cheese

1 cup of chives

1 tsp garlic salt

I package of small wonton wraps

Take the salad shrimp and dice it into ¼ bits.  In a mixing bowl mix the shrimp, cream cheese, garlic, and chives until smooth.  Take a wonton wrap and place a teaspoon of the mixture in the middle.  Moisten the outer edge with water and then fold to make a triangle.  Mash the edges with a fork to seal.  Fold the tip of the triangle under.  Lightly sprinkle with flour and put on a cookie sheet.  Repeat this until the mixture is gone.  Place the cookie sheet full of wonton in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.  Take out and fry in 350-degree oil for about 4 minutes, or until golden brown.  Serve with sweet and sour sauce and enjoy.
