Vintage cars and an enthusiastic crowd accented the annual Juneteenth parade in Longview. Big crowds lined M.L.K. Boulevard. Going from I-20 and finishing at the Broughton Park, unique vehicle's filled the procession. For many who attend every year, Juneteenth holds a meaning for all people.
"Its pretty much heightened the fact that the U.S. itself has changed culturally so I think that this year will be a great celebration for Juneteenth," said parade watcher Crystal Dudley.
The event was capped off with activities, arts and crafts, and afternoon baseball games at Broughton Park.
