Gillian Sheridan's Meat & Potato Pie

2 lbs. beef stew meat
3 pkgs. brown gravy mix
8-10 potatoes
2 boxes pie crust mix

Put meat and gravy in medium sized roaster pan. Cook about 3 hours at 300 degrees.  Then, cut and boil the potatoes. Drain water and put on top of cooked meat in pan. Next, mix up dough and put the pie crust on top, covering the pan. Take scissors or a knife and cut some vent holes in the top of the crust and brush with milk.  Put pan back in oven for about 20-30 minutes. Serves 4-6 people.
