TYLER, TX (KLTV) - Department of motor vehicle offices in Arkansas, Indiana, Nevada, and Virginia now require "neutral" facial expressions for driver license photos.
The trend is catching on, as more and more states - more than 30, to be more exact - now use software which compares new license photos with others that have already been taken. The system is used to prevent fraud and ID theft.
