LONGVIEW, TX (KLTV) - When it comes to the U.S. auto industry, they want to be heard loud and clear. So Thursday morning, the Keep it Made in America Bus Tour made a stop in Longview. One of four buses traveling their way around 36 U.S. cities to draw attention to the seven million jobs supported by the U.S. auto supply chain stopped in East Texas.

"I keep hearing people say, 'Let the big three fail because they're overpaid they don't do a good job,'" said Mickey Breaux, the district 13 director for USW. "But, for every auto worker job you loose, you loose six other jobs that supply the auto industry. It's American jobs that pay church taxes and school taxes and things like that and if you loose the jobs, we're lost!"

The tour is making more than local news. Journalists from far away as Tokyo are also traveling with the group on their multi-city tour.
